01Do I have to use the collision center my insurer recommends?+
No. In Washington, you have the right to choose the repair facility. ACME works with all major insurers and can coordinate the claim with the carrier you already use.
02Can you prepare an estimate from photos?+
Photos help us understand the visible damage and plan your next step. A final repair plan may require an in-person teardown and diagnostic scan because important damage can be hidden beneath exterior panels.
03How long will my repair take?+
Timing depends on damage, parts availability and required calibrations. We provide an expected schedule after the repair plan is complete and proactively communicate changes.
04Will you arrange a rental vehicle?+
Yes. We can coordinate rental pickup with you, your insurer and our rental partners so the handoff is as simple as possible.
05Is the repair covered by a warranty?+
ACME provides written lifetime workmanship coverage for as long as you own the vehicle. Parts and refinishing materials may also include their own manufacturer warranties.
